| Multi Tech Services Ltd has built a bonded Warehouse in front of the CSX World Terminal in Caucedo, Andres - Boca Chica for the convenience of the many ships with port of call, in order to supply with the needed goods, such as Soft drinks, Beer, Liquor and Spirits as well as canned and dry food. Fresh Produces from the Dominican Republic are available as well as Cigarettes and tobaccos. | In connection with the bonded warehouse we provide all the services a vessel might need. We collect Garbage and Sludge, fumigate container in accordance with ISO, we repair and rewind motors and are representative of numerous companies in the field of maritime repair, maintenance and commerce. |

We have dedicated the front part
of our Property adjoining the Multimodal Port of Caucedo - the international Project of
CSXWT for 160 vessels per month – to entertain the visiting crewmember’s with
Restaurant, Bar, Dancing, Games and Stores. We also provide Banking, International Calls
and Internet in our Service Center. A small hotel with fifteen (15) Standard Rooms and
three (3) exclusive Suites with Jacuzzi is present. On the roof we have our small parties
at the bar.
