1980 on the island of Antigua W.I. is registered and licenced Ship Chandler for all ports
in the Dominican Republic. Serving for the needs of the shipping community we provide
provision and all services a vessel might need, including repair and maintenance. We also
manage your accumulated waste and are able to collect your sludge in accordence to the
marpol treaty which is now ratified by the Government of the Dominican Republic. Our company is in partnership with many producers of fresh vegetable and fruits, herbs and organic grown mushrooms we export to Europe, the USA and the Antillies. We are also partner of the management and consulting company Petrodynamics (Dominicana) S.A a subsiduary of Petrodynamics Ltd. Guersney, managing rigs and accounts of Petrobras as well as vessels for shipowners and charterers. |
Multi Tech Services Ltd. is a
shareholding company with a signed and paid social capital of RD $
100’000’000.00 (ca. US $ 4’000’000.00) The owner has now purchased
5’000 m2 land and a option of 3’200 m2 for further expansion in Andres/Boca
Chica in conjunction with the Super Hub Harbor Project of CSX WORLD TERMINAL which will be
in function first quarter of 2004. Per week 150 (one hundred fifty) cargo vessels are estimated to call. Facilities for Cruise Liners are also provided. |

| Multi Tech Services Ltd is now in
the progress to build a bonded Warehouse in front of the CSX World Terminal in Caucedo,
Andres - Boca Chica for the convenience of the many ships with port of call, in order to
supply with the needed goods, such as Soft drinks, Beer, Liquor and Spirits as well as
canned and dry food. Cigarettes and tobaccos are also available. Local fresh Fruits, Vegetables and Produces, meats and sausages, are available when ordered three days prior of arrival. All other services provided by SDQ SHIPCHANDLER as described on our main page.

Service Station for Rescue Rafts
As from November 2003 we exchange your Acetylene and Oxygen Tanks on the spot, other gases on demand. For water treatment we have available chlorine 14% and Sulfuric acid 98% other chemicals on demand. We shall have the most common spare parts for emergency repair of vessels and are able to order same with two-day priority delivery by Airfreight without taxes. Our second development includes a Plaza with international call center with Internet access, money gram, bar / restaurant / hotel with recreation for crewmembers. Ready for inauguration first quarter of 2004. |

Heaven We have dedicated the front part of our Property to entertain the visiting crewmember’s with Restaurant, Bar, Dancing, Games and Stores. We also provide Banking, International Calls and Internet in our Service Center. A small hotel with Standard Rooms and exclusive Suites with Jacuzzi is present. On the roof we have our small parties at the bar. For the marine business community we offer offices to purchase including title and financing assistance – if required. |

Warehouse We started to build on the 05/19/2003 our bonded warehouse in order to stock: cigarettes, liquor, beer, soft drinks, most needed goods for the average cargo vessel. Other merchandise on demand. We will be able to store for ship owners their Spareparts and reexportable goods.
